Rohde skilled steamfitters install piping systems to complement its design build services in the food processing, industrial manufacturing and commercial markets. Rohde is one of just a few mechanical contractors in the State of Wisconsin certified to perform for ASME code welding on high pressure and stainless steel piping. Steamfitting services include steam, hot water, chilled water, fuel, hydraulics, oil, glycol, refrigeration and process piping.
Rohde-engineered 3D piping models allow for prefabrication of piping assemblies which reduces job site installation time and project cost.
The department fabricates and installs piping using stainless steel, carbon steel, nickel and aluminum alloys, titanium, chrome-moly, copper and plastics.
