Rohde is an industry-leader in sheet metal technology and innovation. Within its 51,000 sq. ft. facility the sheet metal department offers standard and custom metal fabrication. Through technology and automation, it produces ductwork at a substantially reduced rate over other fabricators. Department capabilities include:
- A spiral duct machine capable of producing up to 48 inch diameter 18 gauge duct
- A five foot coil line, capable of producing full wrap TDC and slip and drive ductwork
- A plasma cutting table for optimal production of CAD-designed fittings
- Round fittings, couplings and starting collars
- All rectangular fittings including duct accessories (lined or unlined)
- Fiberglass duct board duct and fittings up to 8 foot lengths
- Duct assemblies
- Welded black iron and polished stainless steel duct
